These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the coebet platform and all its services. By using the coebet website or application, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

2.1 Account Restrictions

• Each person may open only one account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device, the same IP address or the same household is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping the account password secure is the user's own responsibility.
• Your account may not be shared with anyone else.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security purposes, coebet may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. Failure to provide documents promptly may result in withdrawal being placed on hold. These may include:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

All coebet services are available to users aged 21 and above only. Opening an account or using the platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under age.

3.1 Additional Eligibility Requirements

• Users must register under their own name.
• Registration from countries where online gaming is legally prohibited is not accepted.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• If any active bonus wagering requirement remains incomplete, the withdrawal may be delayed.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

coebet is committed to preventing money laundering and illegal financial activity. If a suspicious transaction is identified, coebet is obliged to notify the relevant authorities and the account will be subject to investigation.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳14,000 and receive a ৳10,000 bonus — total balance ৳24,000.
• A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn (you must wager 20 times the bonus amount).
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the wagering requirement must be completed first.
• An active bonus is valid for 30 days. If wagering is not completed within this period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If an attempt to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts is detected, all accounts will be closed.
• coebet reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

The coebet VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

You can move up to a higher tier through regular play. Each tier has its own additional benefits, which will be communicated to you personally.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using any software, bots or automated systems to play games is prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate or cheat on game results is not allowed.

• Placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements ("bonus hunting") is prohibited.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is disrupted due to a technical error or disconnection, coebet reserves the right to cancel that game round. In such cases, the applicable bet amount will be refunded. Any abnormal winnings resulting from a game software error will be considered void.

6.3 Special Sports Betting Rules

Specific event-based rules apply to betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC) and other sports. The refund policy in the event an event is cancelled or postponed will be detailed on the relevant promotion page.
